DELIVERY TERMS

We deliver in the US and Canada using our safe and secure couriers UPS and FedEx.

For the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, the delivery charge is $19.95 for most items.  For larger items, the delivery charge is shown at checkout,

Your delivery will require a signature on arrival. Goods cannot be left at an alternative location.  We can deliver to both residential and business addresses.

We offer a fully trackable delivery service so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery every step of the way.

Standard lead time for stock products is 1-2 weeks, any extension to standard lead times will be noted on the relevant product page.

Made to Order (MTO) products usual lead times range from 8 weeks to 12 weeks, please contact us at sales@leebroom.com for further information.

Lead times are calculated from the date of order and may increase due to high demand or seasonal impacts.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 10 business days. Returns must be pre-authorised with Lee Broom and items must be returned in original packaging and in original unused condition. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of order return and passing inspection.

No returns will be accepted on discounted, sale, clearance or discontinued products or Made To Orders products. These items are considered final sale.
